Privacy policy
SkuLift SAS ("SkuLift", "we", "us") publishes www.skulift.com and operates the SkuLift platform. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights under the GDPR.
Controller
SkuLift SAS, registered in Paris, France. Email: privacy@skulift.com. We act as a data controller for marketing-website data and as a data processor for customer-platform data.
Data we collect
(1) Contact form: name, email, company, message. (2) Lead-audit form: brand URL, work email, optional queries. (3) Server logs: IP address, user-agent, timestamps. (4) Optional cookies: see our Cookies policy.
Why we process it
To respond to inbound requests, deliver the requested audit, prevent abuse and protect the service, and honor our legal obligations. Legal bases: consent (audit request), legitimate interest (operations + security), contract performance (when applicable).
Retention
Inbound contact and lead-audit data is retained for up to 36 months unless we have an active commercial relationship. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Backups are encrypted and retained 30 days.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Email privacy@skulift.com. We respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
