These terms govern your use of www.skulift.com and the SkuLift platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service
SkuLift is an operated agentic platform for AEO + GEO. Access is granted to authenticated workspace members under a separate commercial agreement. The marketing site is publicly accessible.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, scrape at industrial scale, abuse rate limits, or use the service to generate harmful, illegal or infringing content.
Intellectual property
The SkuLift name, logo, methodology, software and content are the property of SkuLift SAS. Articles, case studies and resources may not be republished without written permission.
Liability
The marketing site is provided "as is". The platform service is governed by the master service agreement. SkuLift’s aggregate liability is capped per the MSA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
